The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Finarte online store for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.
These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of August 10, 2017, until further notice.
You can purchase Finarte products with the shopping bag feature online. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. Finarte does not guarantee that all items included in the online store are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days. Please note that during sale season the delivery guidelines might not apply.
If you are unsure whether your transaction has been successful or you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us via email or phone.
SHIPPING AND POLICY
We ship to all countries. Orders are shipped via POSTI Priority.
Orders are processed in 1 – 2 days and delivered by mail worldwide from Kotka, Finland.
Delivery time is 3-7 days for Europe, 7-14 days outside Europe. We reserve the right for any delays.
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT). Shipping and handling fee will be added automatically in all orders.
Shipping fee depends on your location:
Europe 30€ (including Switzerland, Norway)
Other countries 40€
Valid only in Finland: free shipping for orders above 100 euros.
International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

All orders are paid during check out. We accept payments via Paypal and Klarna.
Klarna payment is only possible for customers in Finland, Germany and Austria.
Through Paypal, you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card or through your personal Paypal account.
We hope you are happy with your Finarte purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging, with original labels intact. Return costs are to be handled by the customer.
In order to return a product, please fill-in the return form: <linkki> and send it to email@example.com to ensure prompt handling of your return.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Finarte reserves the right to cancel any order or limit the sales of our products if Finarte in its sole discretion suspects that these Terms and Conditions are not obeyed. Finarte may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop in detail reflect the items colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on your screen and computer settings and may look different in home settings.
We recommend to always purchase products from our website, retail stores or through one of our retail partners, which are listed on our Retailers page.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES FINARTE COLLECT AND STORE?
In short, Finarte stores and retains three types of information: information received from the use of online services, information provided by users themselves, and analytically derived information.

If the customer so wishes, his or her account may be anonymized, and all personal data will be removed by pseudonymization from the account and purchase history. Once anonymized, accounts can not be identified or linked to their former owners and are impossible to recover.

YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR INFORMATION

WILL MY DATA END UP WITH THIRD PARTIES?
Some necessary information will be passed on to third parties in order to allow functions such as payment transactions, shipping, and marketing messages. For example, in order to ensure the successful delivery of your order, your address and contact information will be passed on to those responsible for logistics and shipping. E-commerce events and transactions are transmitted to analytics, content, and marketing systems, where only we have the right to access it.
