General

These Terms of Service apply between the customer and Finarte online store regarding the sale and purchase of products. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Finarte reserves the right to modify, update or change these terms at any time. The terms valid at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

These terms are valid as of November 13th, 2023, until further notice.

Orders

Orders can be placed through the online shopping cart on www.finarte.fi. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Finarte does not guarantee product availability at the time of ordering. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you by email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation or are unsure whether your order was successful, please contact customer service.

Product Availability & Delivery Estimates

If a product is marked as “In stock”, the product is available in our warehouse and the
standard estimated delivery times apply.

If a product is not in stock but available for order, the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page when selecting the size.

For custom made products, the estimated production time is approximately 2 months. After production, delivery takes approximately 2 weeks by air freight, or approximately 6 months from the order date when sea freight is selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided especially for products that are made to order or not immediately in stock and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payments

All orders are paid at checkout. We accept payments via PayPal, Paytrail and Klarna.

Each payment provider applies its own terms and conditions. For payment-related questions, please contact the chosen payment provider directly.

Custom Made Products

Custom made rugs cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after 24 hours from placing the order.

Defective or Incorrect Products 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact customer support at store@finarte.fi as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Finarte reserves the right to cancel any order or limit sales if these Terms of Service are not complied with.

All Finarte products are handmade. Each product is a unique individual, and minor variations in color, size, texture or details may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and do not constitute a defect. The overall look, quality and design of the product remain consistent.

Product colors displayed on the website may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions and may differ slightly from the actual product.
