What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use Finnish post Posti for all our deliveries. In Finland, packages are shipped by Postipaketti to your nearest collection point. For international deliveries either Parcel Connect or Priority Parcel is used, depending on the country. Packages will be delivered to the recipient or a pickup point in the destination country.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We do our best to get your items to you as quick as possible. Delivery times are approximately 3-4 business days in Finland, 3-7 days in Europe and 7-14 days for other countries.
To make your delivery smooth as possible, please add your phone number and email to the order.
Do You Ship Internationally?

Please note that the receiver is responsible for duties and custom clearance in the recipient country.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We offer two secure payment gateways, Paypal and Klarna.
Klarna payment is only possible for customers in Finland, Germany and Austria at the moment. You can choose to pay directly with credit or debit card when you checkout with Klarna. Choose to save your details to get an even easier checkout next time when shopping with Klarna [at any online store].
Klarna also offers flexible “Pay overtime” [up to 6-12 months] and “Pay after delivery” [up to 30 days after deliver] options.
PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. You can also pay through your personal Paypal account.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying from the Finarte online store https://finarte.fi is safe. The site is SSL-secured.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by first choosing the size [if available] and then selecting the “Add to cart” button. You may also add quantity at this point.
After clicking “Add to cart” you can either continue shopping, view your cart or go straight to checkout.
The basket image in the upper right corner will take you to your shopping cart [what you have added to buy]. Here, you can modify your order, delete or add items.
While in the Checkout, fill in your details and select your payment option and you will be directed to finish the checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Neither Paypal or Klarna requires an account to place an order, however we recommend putting up an account for smoother future purchases.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

For queries regarding payments, we recommend to ask your chosen payment provider, Klarna or Paypal.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We hope you are happy with your Finarte purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging, with original labels intact. Return costs are to be handled by the customer.
In order to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com to ensure prompt handling of your return.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
