Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Finnish post Posti for all our deliveries. In Finland, packages are shipped by Postipaketti to your nearest collection point. We also offer home delivery and the option to pick your order from our Concept Store in Helsinki. For international deliveries, either Parcel Connect or Priority Parcel is used, depending on the country. Packages will be delivered to the recipient or a pickup point in the destination country.

Priority parcels are delivered to the recipient’s address in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia (to business addresses only), Liechtenstein, Lithuania (to business addresses only), Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.

In other countries, they are delivered to the recipient’s nearest postal outlet. The recipient will be notified of the arrival of the delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on your location. 

In Finland shipping to your nearest Posti collection point is 15€ for orders under 100€ and free shipping for orders above 100€. You can also pick home delivery for a 30€ fee or choose to pick up your order for free from our Concept Store in Helsinki.

Shipping in Europe (including Switzerland, Norway) is 30€.  

With orders outside the EU be in touch with us to have an estimate of the delivery time and cost.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We do our best to get your items to you as quick as possible. Delivery times are approximately 3-4 business days in Finland, 3-7 days in Europe and 7-14 days for other countries.

To make your delivery smooth as possible, please add your phone number and email to the order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders inside the EU you can make directly from our online store. Please be in touch with our customer care store@finarte.fi if you want to make an order outside the EU or you have any issues during your order – we’re here to help!

Please note that the receiver is responsible for duties and customs clearance in the recipient country.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer two secure payment gateways, Paypal and Paytrail.

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. You can also pay through your personal Paypal account.

With Paytrail you can pay straight throught your bank, including Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken ja S-Pankki or with your credit card, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard ja Diners Club. Paytrail offers invoice and installment payments through their partner, Collector Bank. You can also pay via Mobile Pay when choosing Paytrail.

 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying from the Finarte online store https://finarte.fi is safe. The site is SSL-secured.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order by first choosing the size [if available] and then selecting the “Add to cart” button. You may also add quantity at this point.

After clicking “Add to cart” you can either continue shopping, view your cart or go straight to checkout.

The basket image in the upper right corner will take you to your shopping cart [what you have added to buy]. Here, you can modify your order, delete or add items.

While in the Checkout, fill in your details and select your payment option and you will be directed to finish the checkout.

 

What Does “Available on Backorder” Mean? 

Available on backorder means that we don’t have the product in stock at the moment but we can send the product to you later as we have it in stock again. You can find the estimated delivery time from the product information, top of the price of the chosen size. Estimated delivery times might vary due to reasons beyond our control.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Neither Paypal or Paytrail requires an account to place an order, however we recommend putting up an account for smoother future purchases.

Who Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?

Please contact us at store@finarte.fi  if you have any comments, queries or questions regarding products, your shopping experience or shipping.

For queries regarding payments, we recommend to ask your chosen payment provider, Paypal or Paytrail.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please be in touch with our customer care store@finarte.fi and we will assist you.

 

How Can I Return My Order?

We hope you are happy with your Finarte purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them by sending them back to us or bringing the order to our Concept Store in Helsinki, Finland.

The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging, with original labels intact. Attach your name, address, phone number, and order number to the package.

Return costs are to be handled by the customer. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

You can also return your order by bringing it to our Concept Store at Fredrikinkatu 28, Helsinki within its opening hours.

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty.

If you have something to ask about returning a product, please contact us at store@finarte.fi to ensure prompt handling of your return.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code for your order when it is completed. You can track your order from Posti’s site with the given tracking number.
