To ensure the longevity of its beauty, we recommend treating your new viscose carpet with a carpet protection spray before use. This protective layer prevents dirt from penetrating the fibers, facilitating easy maintenance and preserving the rug’s radiant allure over time.
Please note that this Arkki rug is sold in used, preloved condition. The rug has some indentation marks, but its overall appearance is neat and well-kept. For preloved products, any potential defects have already been factored into the price, and the product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaints regarding these issues.

Viscose is a soft and breathable cellulose-based regenerated fiber that has a beautiful silk-like shine to it. The color and shine of the surface change depending on how the light sets on it. Viscose is a sensitive material and we recommend avoiding any watering. Moisture can cause staining or changes to the shine of the material.
Take care of your cotton rug with regular vacuuming. Professional cleaning recommended.
Protect your rug with Soft Care Protector Spray and keep it in place with an Anti-slip rug underlay.

This rug is sold in a preloved, used condition, and any potential defects are reflected in the price. Product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaint due to these issues, and there is no usual product warranty. Please carefully review the product description and pictures to assess its condition before purchase.
If purchased online, the standard 14-day exchange and return policy still applies, giving you time to explore the Preloved product once you receive it.

Estimated delivery for products in stock is 3-5 business days within Finland and 5-14 business days for international orders. Free delivery to Finarte Concept Store 5-10 business days. Duties and taxes are included for orders within the EU.
Shipping in Finland is 8,90€, with free delivery for orders over 100€. Shipping within the EU is 30€. For orders outside the EU, please contact our customer service.
Returns are 15€ within Finland and 30€ within Europe. Read our return policy.
Free pick-up and returns are available at the Finarte Concept Store in Helsinki.
