Apollo was created during a time when there was a desire for larger and clearer patterns as a counterbalance to the traditional striping and multicolored look of rag rugs. This makes it especially well-suited for spacious interiors such as living rooms. The very first version of Apollo, called Aralia, was designed in 1985, the founding year of Finarte.
Handwoven from 100% upcycled cotton, Apollo combines sustainable materials with timeless craftsmanship. With its bold design and high-quality execution, it is a true design classic.
