Refund policy
Right of Return
You have the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging with original labels intact.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packaging of Returned Products
Returned products must be carefully and neatly packed in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the product must be packed in other durable and suitable packaging that adequately protects the product during return transport.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged and does not become damaged during return shipping. If a returned product is damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the damage from the refund amount or charge a separate fee corresponding to the damage.
Return Fees
- Finland: 15 €
- EU, Switzerland & Norway: 30 €
- United States & Canada: customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our return address in California
Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns in Finland
Returns should be made via DB Schenker pickup points. The original shipping label included with your order serves as the return label back to our warehouse. Please include the completed return form with your package.
If original packaging is not available, write your original tracking number and the return address on the package. For orders delivered with Posti home delivery, please contact customer service to arrange the return.
International Returns
For returns outside Finland, please contact store@finarte.fi for return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
The refunded amount includes the product price minus:
- the applicable return fee (15€ in Finland / 30€ in EU, Switzerland, Norway)
- original shipping costs
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, the following costs will be
deducted from the refund:
- return fee (15 € in Finland / 30 € abroad)
- original shipping costs
