Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide.

Orders within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada can be placed directly through our online store. For orders to other countries outside the EU, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Methods

  • Finland: DB Schenker pickup point or Posti home delivery
  • International: GLS or FedEx, depending on destination

Deliveries are made either to the recipient or to a local pickup point.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from Kotka, Finland.

Estimated delivery times for products in stock:

  • Finland: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

If a product is not in stock but available for order, the estimated delivery time is shown in the product information when selecting the size. These estimated delivery times apply primarily to made-to-order or backordered products.

Custom Made Products & Delivery Times

Custom made rugs are produced individually to order.

For custom made rugs, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Sea freight (Finland only): Estimated delivery time to the customer is approximately 6 months from the order date. After production and sea freight, the shipment is delivered from our warehouse in Kotka, Finland, to the customer.
  • Air freight: Estimated production time is approximately 2 months, followed by approximately 2 weeks of shipping. Air freight shipments are delivered directly from the production facility after manufacturing.

For custom made rugs, both sea freight and air freight options are available within Finland. For international orders, only air freight delivery is available.

Estimated delivery times are provided especially for products that are made to order and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are added automatically at checkout and depend on destination:

Finland:

  • 8,90 € (DB Schenker pickup point)
  • Free shipping for orders over 100 € (pickup point delivery)
  • 30 € (Posti home delivery)

EU (including Switzerland & Norway):

  • 30 €

United States & Canada:

  • 149 €

Other countries outside the EU:

Custom Made Products & Special Deliveries

Shipping costs for custom made or large-sized products are calculated individually.

Finland:

  • Sea freight for custom made rugs is free of charge
  • Faster air freight is available for an additional fee, which will be shown
    automatically at checkout

International orders:

  • Air freight shipping costs for custom made rugs are calculated automatically and shown at checkout based on the destination

Duties & Taxes

Prices include VAT for orders within the EU.

For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the checkout total.
