What Shipping Methods Are Available?
In Finland, packages are shipped by DB Schenker to your nearest collection point. We also offer home delivery via Posti. For international deliveries, parcels are delivered via GLS or Fedex, depending on the country. Packages will be delivered to the recipient or a pickup point in the destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee depends on your location. In Finland shipping to your nearest DB Sckenker collection point is 8,90€ for orders under 100€ and free shipping for orders above 100€. You can also pick Posti home delivery for a 30€ fee. Shipping in Europe (including Switzerland, Norway) is 30€. With orders outside the EU be in touch with us to have an estimate of the delivery time and cost.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We do our best to get your items to you as quick as possible. Delivery times are approximately 3-4 business days in Finland, 3-7 days in Europe and 7-14 days for other countries. For products available in backorder, you can see the estimated delivery time by selecting the product size. Please note that the estimates may change due to reasons beyond our control. To make your delivery smooth as possible, please add your phone number and email to the order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders inside the EU, Norway and Switzerland you can make directly from our online store. Please be in touch with our customer care store@finarte.fi if you want to make an order outside the EU or you have any issues during your order – we’re here to help! Please note that the receiver is responsible for duties and customs clearance in the recipient country.
Payment Information
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We offer three secure payment gateways, Paypal, Paytrail and Klarna.
PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. You can also pay through your personal Paypal account.
With Paytrail you can pay straight throught your bank, including Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken ja S-Pankki or with your credit card, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard ja Diners Club. Paytrail offers invoice and installment payments through their partner, Collector Bank. You can also pay via Mobile Pay when choosing Paytrail.
You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your payment please visit Klarna’s website.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying from the Finarte online store finarte.fi is safe. The site is SSL-secured. The payment methods Paypal and Paytrail are international, safe payment gateways. You can read more here about the payment methods, their security and how data is handled:

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by first choosing the size and then selecting the “Add to cart” button. You may also add quantity at this point. After clicking “Add to cart” you can either continue shopping, view your cart or go straight to checkout. The basket image in the upper right corner will take you to your shopping cart . Here, you can modify your order, delete or add items. While in the Checkout, fill in your details and select your payment option and you will be directed to finish the checkout.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
Neither Paypal or Paytrail requires an account to place an order, however we recommend putting up an account for smoother future purchases.Who Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?
Please contact us at store@finarte.fi if you have any comments, queries or questions regarding products, your shopping experience or shipping. For queries regarding payments, we recommend to ask your chosen payment provider, Paypal or Paytrail.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please be in touch with our customer care store@finarte.fi and we will assist you.
How Can I Return My Order?
We hope you are happy with your Finarte purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them by sending them back to us.
A return fee of 15€ (Finland) or 30€ (Europe) will be deducted from the refund sum. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns in Finland, return your purchase to your nearest DB Schenker drop off point (same as a pick up point). Insert a filled return form to your package and return the purchase in its packaging with the original shipping labels intact.
If you do not have the original packaging, write your original tracking number (found in your tracking email or SMS) and the return address below on the package when you drop the parcel to a drop off point.
If your order was delivered with Posti’s home delivery service, you will need to contact us to arrange the return.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will refund the full price of the purchase excluding the 15€ return fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the order returns to us as an undelivered package, we will charge the shipping and return costs from the payment.

If you have something to ask about returning a product, please contact us at store@finarte.fi to ensure prompt handling of your return.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code for your order when it is completed. You can track your order from the link provided in your shipment notice email.
Taidekutomo Eija Rasinmäki Pop up AT Finarte Showroom
Some things were never meant to be mass produced.
Our Heritage Collection rugs and wall hangings are unique textile artworks, each one designed by Finarte co-founder Eija Rasinmäki and handwoven in Oitti, Finland.
This July, Finarte opens an Eija Rasinmäki pop-up at the Finarte Showroom in Helsinki. The pop-up brings Eija’s special, one-of-a-kind rugs and wall hangings to Helsinki – a rare chance to make unique finds from her own collection.
The pop-up is a meeting place for craftsmanship – a space where heritage techniques come alive. Throughout the pop-up, we'll host frame weaving workshops where you can join in and try your hand at weaving yourself. Read more about the workshops below.

FRAME WEAVING WORKSHOP
Come try your hand at frame weaving! In this workshop, you'll explore different frame weaving techniques and create your own small textile artwork to take home. The price includes all materials and guidance – no previous experience needed. You'll also have the chance to purchase your own weaving tools to keep exploring at home.
The workshop is led by artisan weavers Petra Martinez and Noora Ukkonen.
