RENT A RUG
Have you ever dreamed about a rug but wanted to try it for a little while first? Now it’s possible – we offer a selection of our rugs for rent. You can choose to rent it for a month or more, and monthly rental fees will decucted from the price if you decide to keep the rug.

Please note that the rental service is currently available in Finland only.
This is a hassle-free service: we deliver the rug to you, and when you're ready to return it, simply drop it off at your nearest pick-up point. No cleaning or washing required – we take care of the rest. You can find the Terms & Conditions of the Rent a Rug service below the contact form.
The minimum rental period is one month. You can keep the rug for as long as you wish, until the total of the monthly rental fees equals the rug’s original retail price at the time of rental. Once this amount has been reached, the rug is yours to keep. The service is billed monthly.

CHOOSING A RUG TO RENT
You can choose a rug to rent from the selection on the Rent a Rug page. Available size options are listed on each product page. Please note that some sizes may be temporarily out of stock and therefore unavailable for rent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To proceed, please send your inquiry through the page.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
The service is currently available in Finland only. Your selected rug will be delivered to your nearest pick-up point, and delivery is included in the service fee.
If you wish to end the rental, please contact our customer service at store@finarte.fi at least 5 working days before the start of the next rental month. The rug must be returned by dropping it off at your nearest post or pick-up point in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.
PRICING
Prices are monthly service fees and include VAT (25.5%). The fee covers delivery, rental, return, and aftercare maintenance.
The service fee is invoiced monthly. The first payment is collected prior to delivery, and your rental period begins from that point.
If you choose to redeem the rug, all paid monthly fees will be deducted from the final purchase price. The rental continues on a monthly basis until the rug’s original retail price at the time of rental has been fully covered. After this, the rug becomes yours to keep.
CANCELLING THE SERVICE
If you wish to cancel the service and return the rug, please submit your cancellation request at least 5 working days before the end of your current rental period. The contract renews automatically each month until cancelled.
DAMAGES ON THE RENTAL RUG
Normal wear and tear from everyday use is accepted. However, in the case of irreparable damage (such as permanent stains or damage caused by pets), the customer is required to redeem the rug.
