Description
Nami wool rug is designed by Japanese textile designer Eri Shimatsuka. ‘Nami’ means ‘candy’ in Finnish and ‘wave’ in Japanese, both of which you can see in the playful yet elegant design of the rug. The luxurious wool rug has a three-dimensional tufted pattern with light grey, beige, brown, and pink tufted wool with off-white stipes of wool backing. Nami is made from soft hand-tufted wool with a convenient backing.
Please note that this Nami rug is sold in a used, preloved condition. The rug is unused and was part of a shipment that was previously lost in transit and later returned to our warehouse. However, the rug was damaged during transport and is slightly wrinkled and misshapen. In addition, there is a hole in the backing of the rug. For preloved products, any potential defects have already been reflected in the price, and the product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaint regarding these issues.

Wool is durable and easy to care as it's naturally dirt-repellent.
Take care of your wool rug with regular vacuuming and spot cleaning. Professional dry cleaning recommended.
Protect your rug with Soft Care Protector Spray and keep it in place with an Anti-slip rug underlay.

This rug is sold in a preloved, used condition, and any potential defects are reflected in the price. Product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaint due to these issues, and there is no usual product warranty. Please carefully review the product description and pictures to assess its condition before purchase.
If purchased online, the standard 14-day exchange and return policy still applies, giving you time to explore the Preloved product once you receive it.

Shipping & Returns

Estimated delivery for products in stock is 3–5 business days within Finland and 5–14 business days for international orders.
Shipping in Finland to pick up point is 8,90€, with free delivery for orders over 100€ and 30€ for home delivery. Shipping within the EU (including Switzerland and Norway) is 30€. Shipping to the United States and Canada is 149€. For orders to other countries outside the EU, please contact our customer service.
Duties and taxes are included for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the checkout total.
Returns are 15€ within Finland and 30€ within Europe. For returns from the United States and Canada, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our return address in California. Read our return policy.
