This luxurious rug is meticulously tufted by hand using high-quality viscose thread, offering a short pile that feels exceptionally soft under your feet. The material’s natural shine enhances Suraya’s captivating colors, creating a stunning focal point for any space.
Please note that this rug is sold in used, preloved condition. The rug has been on display in our store as a sample piece and has a few indentations on the viscose surface, but overall it is in neat, unused condition. For Preloved products, any potential defects have already been reflected in the price, and the product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaint regarding these issues.

Viscose is a soft and breathable cellulose-based regenerated fiber that has a beautiful silk-like shine to it. The color and shine of the surface change depending on how the light sets on it. Viscose is a sensitive material and we recommend avoiding any watering. Moisture can cause staining or changes to the shine of the material.
Take care of your cotton rug with regular vacuuming. Professional cleaning recommended.
Protect your rug with Soft Care Protector Spray and keep it in place with an Anti-slip rug underlay.

This rug is sold in a preloved, used condition, and any potential defects are reflected in the price. Product is not eligible for exchange, return, or complaint due to these issues, and there is no usual product warranty. Please carefully review the product description and pictures to assess its condition before purchase.
If purchased online, the standard 14-day exchange and return policy still applies, giving you time to explore the Preloved product once you receive it.

Estimated delivery for products in stock is 3–5 business days within Finland and 5–14 business days for international orders.
Shipping in Finland to pick up point is 8,90€, with free delivery for orders over 100€ and 30€ for home delivery. Shipping within the EU (including Switzerland and Norway) is 30€. Shipping to the United States and Canada is 149€. For orders to other countries outside the EU, please contact our customer service.Â
Duties and taxes are included for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the checkout total.
Returns are 15€ within Finland and 30€ within Europe. For returns from the United States and Canada, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our return address in California. Read our return policy.
