Facebook ja Instagram eivät ole mukana kilpailun järjestämisessä.
Kilpailuun osallistuminen tapahtuu Finarten @finartedesign Instagram-tilin arvontajulkaisun kautta. Osallistuakseen kilpailuun, osallistujan tulee seurata @finartedesign -Instagram tiliä, tykätä arvontapostauksesta sekä täyttää vastauksensa tilillä jaetun arvontajulkaisun kommenttikenttään. Kukin osallistuja voi osallistua kilpailuun vain yhdellä kommentilla.
Kilpailuaika on 20.7.-3.8.2022. Arvonta suoritetaan kilpailuajan päätyttyä. Osallistumisajan ulkopuolella tai puutteellisia osallistumisia ei hyväksytä arvontaan. Palkintona voittaja voittaa yhden (1) vapaavalintaisen Finarte-tuotteen. Tuotteen postitus voittajalle sisältyy palkintoon. Voittaja vastaa palkinnosta koituvista veroista ja/tai ulkomaille lähetettäessä mahdollisista veroista ja tulleista.
Arvonta suoritetaan kilpailuajan päätyttyä. Arvonnan suorittaa Finarte (India) Oy. Voittajaan otetaan yhteyttä Instagramin @finartedesign -tilin kautta. Huomioithan, että liikkeellä on paljon huijausviestejä, emmekä kontaktoi osallistuja muiden kuin oman tilimme kautta. Järjestäjä ottaa yhteyttä voittajaan viimeistään kymmenen (10) päivän kuluessa arvonnan loppumisesta.
Järjestäjä pidättää oikeudet muutoksiin.

The organizer of the giveaway is Finarte (India) Oy. The giveaway is not endorsed, administered, or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
Participation in the competition takes place on the giveaway post on Finarte’s @finartedesign Instagram account. To participate in the giveaway, the participant must follow the @finartedesign Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and fill in their answer in the comment field of the giveaway post. Each participant can enter the giveaway with only one comment.
One can take part in the giveaway from the 20th of July to the 3rd of August 2022. We will draw the giveaway winner after participating in the giveaway has closed. Participating in the giveaway outside the entry period or with incomplete entries will not be accepted for the draw. As a prize, the winner will win one (1) Finarte product of their choice. Shipping of the product to the winner is included in the prize. Please note that the winner is responsible for duties, and in case of shipping abroad, also possible customs clearance in the recipient country.
The draw will take place after the time to participate in the giveaway has ended. Finarte (India) Oy will draw the winner. We will contact the winner via the @finartedesign account on Instagram. Please note that there can be scam messages on Instagram, and we do not contact the winner through any other than our official account. Finarte will contact the winner no later than ten (10) days after the end of the draw.
